Elevate your Ahso experience with a dinner personally prepared and presented by Chef Jason Maddens at our Chef's Counter. Dinners average 6 courses and INCLUDE beverage pairings hand-picked by Chef Jason. Plan on learning a little about how our ideas end up on the plate, and being the first to try things we are working on.
The Counter can seat up to 8 guests.
What the heck does Ahso mean?!
An Ahso is a tool used to open a bottle of wine, when a corkscrew may not do the job. It is often used for older bottles when the cork may crumble if tackled with a corkscrew.
"I began to associate good wine with an Ahso -- if I need an Ahso to open the bottle, it's probably something nice. Unfortunately that's not always the case, but the name stuck!"
